Returns

The Buyer has the right to return the goods at any time before they are received, and after receiving the goods – within 14 days.

To return the goods, the Buyer needs to fill out an application in a free form with his/her passport details: the series and the number of the passport and the reason for the return; put it in the parcel with the returned goods together with the documents confirming the fact and terms of the purchase and then send it to the Seller's address.

In case of exchange and return of goods that are of adequate quality, the cost of return delivery is paid by the Buyer. If the goods are of inadequate quality or the Buyer has not received the ordered items, the return shipping cost is paid by the Seller.

The return of adequate quality goods is carried out if the marketable condition, consumer properties, packing, tags and labels are kept intact, and there are no traces of exploitation, and also the document confirming the fact and conditions of the purchase is present. The absence of the Buyer's document confirming the fact and conditions of the goods purchase does not deprive the Buyer of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the goods purchase from the Seller.

The quantity, appearance and completeness of the goods must be checked by the Buyer at the time of delivery. After receiving the goods, claims to external defects of the goods, quantity, completeness and marketable condition are not accepted.

The Buyer has no right to refuse the goods of adequate quality that have individually customized properties if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the Buyer acquiring them.

Refunds or exchange of goods is carried out within 10 days from the receipt of the returned goods by the Seller. This period may be extended if an independent examination (in case of disputes) is required to confirm the defect of the goods or preserved marketable condition.

In case of disputes over the quality of the goods or the causes of defects in the goods, the Seller accepts the goods of inadequate quality from the Buyer and conducts an examination. The Buyer has the right to participate in the quality control of the goods and to challenge the conclusion of the examination in court.

The Buyer's rights to replace, return, and repair the goods and other rights are exercised in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On consumer protection".

The Author's artworks that exist in a single copy are not subject to exchange and return.
